Gone (The Call)

My nose hasn't been anywhere near the grindstone for the past few days.

Instead, I've been going out every day for various events leading up to and on The Big Day. The very early morning (read: 4:30 a.m. wake-up call), the later morning, the afternoon, the evening, and the late evening (read: into the wee hours of the morn) have all been consumed with these events.

And there are more events today.

But I'm going to stay in instead. 'Cause my time in TLWTMS is half over (*sob*) and I simply must get some work done.

It won't be much fun. It won't add to my photo collection. And it won't lead to interesting posts on my blog.

Nevertheless, the call of the grindstone will not be denied.
