Today's Daily Report

I set my alarm for 8:30 a.m., but did not manage to haul my body out of bed until 10:30 a.m.

I didn't find the photocopies that I had requested in my mailbox, so I went to ask the administrative assistant where they were. We finally located them in my office, right where I had put them when they were delivered yesterday.

I locked myself out of my office. Twice.

I forgot that I had made dinner plans with a colleague. And when my colleague called, I was almost done eating the dinner that I had packed.

(sigh)

Yes, folks, that is the kind of day it has been.
