Bracing Myself

So, the pre-midterm reflection papers , the mid-term exams, and the first batch of research papers are all graded.

Furthermore, my mid-term grades are all calculated and submitted to the registrar's office (and they're not even due until Wednesday afternoon).

So, why am I not more pleased with myself?

Because I know that certain students will be disappointed in their grades and will be emailing me to know why their grades are so low.

*sigh*

If they had followed my instructions in the first place, they wouldn't be in this position.

However, a professor simply can't say that to a student.

So, my next task will be to figure out what I can say when these students come calling...
