Too Smart For My Own Good

The more furniture that I have, the more furniture that I want. And because I'm a pretty smart cookie, I can justify everything.

A kitchen table, for instance, and some chairs to go with it because it's no fun eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner over the kitchen sink.

And a sofa and two arm chairs, because I want to be hospitable, so my guests will need some place to sit (besides the floor, I mean).

And I'll want to serve them coffee when they come, so I'll need a coffee table, as well.

And should they want to spend the night, I should probably have a spare bed, too.

But because I'm not only smart, but also very reasonable, I'll be happy to start with just the kitchen table.
