I Think I Can't, I Think I Can't

I think that I'm within ten pages of finishing the dissertation.

But I have no more energy left to write.

So, this is my new plan:

Forget about finishing the doctorate; forget about being a prof; and forget about the TT job at First-Choice U.

I'm running away to TLWTMS and taking up fishing, instead.

(Can you tell that I'm tired and discouraged?)
